This document defines rules for automatic validation and conversion of textual data (fields such as name, org, etc.)
into the Latin alphabet (transliteration), used in the KazNIC registry.

Technical notes:
    1. Character removal: The soft sign (ь) and hard sign (ъ) are completely removed during transliteration and excluded from the resulting string. 
    2. Case handling: For composite Latin sequences (Zh, Kh, Ts, etc.), only the first letter reflects capitalization if the original Cyrillic letter was uppercase. 
    3. Application: This transliteration scheme is mandatory for all textual attributes of registry objects.
