The following Consensus Policies are the constituent of the Registrar Agreement and are obligatory for all current Registrars:

• Registry Registrar General Policy
• KZ Domain Name Registration Rules
• Domain Name Dispute Policy
• WHOIS Data Reminder Policy
• Inter-Registrar Transfer Policy
• Regulation on the Use of Digital Signatures (EDS) for Verification of Domain Name Data in the .KZ and .ҚАЗ zones
• Regulation on the Interaction Between the Registry and the Registrar in the .EDU.KZ zone
